Project Overview

Project Name: Bulk Export Delivery of High-Strength Steel Accessories for Trailers

Delivery Location: Warehouse of Factory in Liangshan, Shandong

Transport Vehicle: 13-meter drop-side semi-trailer

Destination: Customer in African mining area

Goods: High-strength 700 steel profiles for trailers (C-channels, square tubes, column profiles)

Delivery Mode: Loading at factory warehouse, inland transportation to port, ocean shipment by breakbulk vessel

Project Background

The overseas customer purchased a full set of high-strength steel accessories for trailer manufacturing, to produce tipper trailers and box trailers locally. The customer set strict requirements on steel material, dimensional tolerance and loading time. The whole batch of goods needed to be inspected and loaded in one shipment to ensure stable delivery schedule.

Implementation Process

1. Production Quality Inspection: All steel profiles were cut, calibrated and flaw detected. Specifications were checked against the list, goods were packed and sorted, and material certificates were issued.
2. Warehouse Preparation: Goods were transferred to the steel structure workshop and stacked in order of loading. Loading layout was planned in advance to prevent long profiles from collision and deformation.
3. Loading Operation: The 13-meter drop-side semi-trailer arrived at site. Goods were hoisted and loaded inside the workshop. Long profiles were placed steadily and secured with binding straps to avoid shifting during transit.
4. On-site Verification: After loading, our team and the customer’s representative jointly checked quantity and appearance, and signed the loading sheet upon confirmation.
5. Logistics Shipment: The truck departed from the factory and transported goods directly to port yard. Customs declaration was arranged, and goods were shipped to the destination port by breakbulk vessel.

Delivery Results

• The whole batch of steel accessories was loaded and delivered in one shipment with no dimensional deviation or collision damage.
• The contract was fulfilled on schedule to meet the customer’s production timeline for trailers.
• Complete documents were prepared and customs declaration for export was completed smoothly.
• The customer reported reliable packaging and securing method, and goods arrived at destination in good condition.
